24 Frames of Dreaming

I was trying to figure out why something was missing from today. Apart from having to cancel work in the aftermath of a visit to ED, and apart from figuring out how to cook and shower with one good arm, it seemed like a fairly normal Tuesday (this is life with chronic illness, by the way). Fairly normal, except...oh yes. No Broadchurch. I really am missing it. It's not quite the same without the weekly ritual of: before = anticipation, during = breathless attention, and after = delicious deconstruction.

I'm trying to find something else to divert my attention, but I think I'll spend a while wondering about Alec and Ellie, and writing my own post-finale episode. (Less pretentious people call that fanfic).

But I'm forgetting the premiere of Orphan Black Season 3, and a little further afield, Doctor Who Season 9. A week is always better for having Peter Capaldi in it.
